🌱 Scaling Pyrolysis Capacity → Scaling Pyrolysis for Recovered Carbon Black in India
In April 2024, we began operations with just three pyrolysis machines, targeting 120 MT tire pyrolysis capacity. This expansion was crucial to secure 40 MT of consistent carbon char, the backbone of our rCB production.
By June 2025, both batch machines were operating at full capacity, and we had already placed an order for a third continuous pyrolysis machine to ensure long-term growth. This strategic move has positioned GreenKashi as a leader in sustainable tire recycling and recovered carbon black production in India.
⚙️ Upgradation & Shredding Success
Our success story would be incomplete without mentioning infrastructure improvements:

A secondary tire shredder was installed and made fully operational, allowing us to process raw materials more efficiently.

Our rCB plant upgrade was completed and tested in June 2025, delivering higher quality, greater consistency, and improved efficiency.

🌍 Raw Material & Supply Chain Progress
To maintain an uninterrupted supply chain and strengthen raw material sourcing:

In addition, we successfully imported 1,500 MT of dirty tire wire and processed 30%, with clean tire wire sold to direct users and recovered rubber used internally to power our production.
